In their own words
GoSufra
GoSufra is a restaurant operating system that brings together point of sale, kitchen display, online ordering, delivery, inventory, recipe costing, HR, payroll, and double-entry accounting. Six connected apps share a live database for managers, cashiers, kitchen staff, waiters, delivery drivers, and customers. The POS supports dine-in, takeaway, and delivery, with split bills, modifiers, discounts, and thermal printing. Kitchen displays show live tickets, prep stations, priorities, and timers. Inventory tools cover per-branch stock, purchase orders, batches, expiry tracking, stocktakes, and waste logging; recipes calculate plate costs and deduct ingredients when items sell. Accounting posts journals from sales, refunds, purchases, and payroll, and provides trial balances, profit and loss, balance sheets, and branch tax reports. POS, kitchen, and waiter apps queue orders offline and sync when a connection returns. The free Starter plan is limited to one branch and five users, with core POS, kitchen, inventory, and recipe features. Listed platforms are Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, web, and Windows.
