Sales and service tools cover opportunities, campaigns, customer information, service agreements, service calls and sales reports. Purchasing capabilities include procurement, accounts payable, warehouse and accounting synchronization, and related reporting. The system provides real-time analytics, dashboards, predefined metrics, reports and interactive analysis with Microsoft Excel functionality. Its Web client handles marketing documents, master data, approvals, activity tracking, charts and predefined analytics. SAP describes cloud and on-premise deployment. Android and iOS apps support lead and customer account management, stock views and orders, although functions depend on each user’s license. Microsoft Outlook Integration can synchronize appointments, contacts and tasks and exchange quotations, emails and documents. The Service Layer API uses HTTP and OData.
