GovDocs

GovDocs is a web platform for large, multi-jurisdiction employers in the United States and Canada managing employment-law compliance. It combines labor-law postings, minimum-wage requirements, and paid-leave information. LocationCheck uses precise latitude and longitude to assign each location to federal, state, county, and city jurisdictions and match applicable laws. The Labor Law Poster Update Program provides automated unlimited shipments, location-specific poster reports, and update notifications. PosterCheck records whether updated posters are displayed through QR scans or online code entry. Minimum Wage supplies location-specific requirements, summaries, notifications, and pay-transparency information; Paid Leave provides corresponding overviews and alerts. The Intranet Poster Program gives employees, including remote workers, one digital link to mandatory postings and updates it as laws change, with single sign-on through an identity provider such as Microsoft Entra. A Postings Dashboard tracks shipments, updates, locations, poster files, and auditing resources. GovDocs also offers playbooks, support articles, guides, use cases, and demo videos. Pricing is on request; the poster update program is an annual subscription.

Rulewize

Rulewize generates AI-assisted employee handbooks and standard operating procedures tailored to a business’s state, industry, and policies. It monitors federal and state employment-law sources and alerts users to changes that may affect their handbooks; the product page says coverage includes more than 1,200 regulations across all 50 states. Users can review, edit, and approve proposed handbook revisions before publishing. The web service is intended for small businesses and operators across industries including restaurants, retail, healthcare, construction, and technology. Plans are billed monthly: Starter is $29 a month, Professional is $49 a month, and Business is $99 a month. A 7-day trial is offered, but there is no free plan. The plans differ in state coverage, SOP and document allowances, handbook regenerations, team members, exports, and translations. Rulewize says data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest using AES-256, with organization-level row security controls. Business profile and SOP interview data are sent to Anthropic for content generation, and Rulewize says it cannot independently verify Anthropic’s data practices. The service describes itself as informational, not legal advice.
