Madrasatey
Madrasatey is a school management platform for madaris, maktabs and Islamic schools, with tools for attendance, fees, assessments and parent communication. It lists 17 institution types, including Quran academies and hifz classes, and supports English, Urdu and Arabic with right-to-left text. Teachers can record attendance and send automatic alerts for absences or lateness. Parents can receive results, report cards, fee reminders and meeting invitations through WhatsApp; an installable parent app also provides push updates about attendance, results and fees. School analytics can be examined by class, teacher and subject, with slipping sections flagged automatically. Users can make or import MCQ quizzes, which are auto-graded and display live results. The fees module combines siblings on a family invoice and includes records, receipts, discounts and a defaulters list. Other tools handle bulk certificate creation and verification, and tracking student progress through imported YouTube playlists. Role-based access and an audit log cover changes to grades, fees and records. Madrasatey offers a free plan for Madaris and Maktabs at free, with no per-parent charges. It runs on Android and the web.
