In their own words
GradingPal
GradingPal is a web tool for teachers assessing student work with rubrics. It generates scores and individualized feedback, and its classroom analytics can surface patterns in student strengths and gaps for instructional planning. It supports essays, worksheets, quizzes, exams, problem sets, presentations, art, and oral or video assignments, including supported handwritten math and science work. Teachers can inspect assessment evidence, adjust scores and comments, choose what students receive, and set feedback style, language, and detail. The tool supports Common Core, NGSS, TEKS, AP, IB, and teacher-defined criteria. Google Classroom can import classes, assignments, rubrics, and supported submissions, then receive approved comments with or without grades; Canvas and Schoology are available on school plans. The Free plan allows 50 submissions monthly. Lite is $14 a month billed annually, with 250 submissions monthly; Pro is $26 a month billed annually, with unlimited submissions and analytics. Student work is not used to train AI models, according to GradingPal.
