Punchbowl is an online invitation and event-planning service for creating events, contacting guests, and tracking responses. Hosts can customize invitations with event details, guest lists, RSVP choices, automatic reminders, guest messages, gift registries, and co-host access. Planning features include potluck lists, guest polls, and real-time RSVP tracking. Invitations can be delivered by email, link, or text. Punchbowl also provides personalized digital greeting cards sent by email or text. The service runs on the web and has Android and iOS apps that can import phone contacts with permission. The base guest-list option supports up to 50 guests; Premium covers 51–100, Platinum 101–500, and Business up to 5,000. New events require a paid membership. Membership starts at $5.99 a month, and a seven-day trial requires payment details; the subscription begins afterward unless canceled. Text invitations are limited to U.S. or Canadian numbers, and printed invitations are not fulfilled.
