In their own words
Griply
Griply is a planning app that connects a long-term vision with goals, projects, daily habits, and tasks. Its Life Planner lets users describe a vision and map life areas, while the Goal Planner organizes subgoals, success metrics, projects, tasks, and habits as steps toward goals. Calendar views and time blocking help plan the week around that work. Griply supports recurring tasks and focus sessions, and can show Google or Outlook Calendar events alongside goal work. Task Smart Recognition accepts plain-English entries to capture, schedule, and assign tasks. The app is available in browsers, on desktop, and on iPhone and Android, with MacOS and Windows downloads. The Free plan is free and includes up to 2 goals, 2 habits, and 5 projects, with unlimited tasks. Premium is listed at $2.49 a month. The Premium (Year) plan is listed at $2.49 a year, with $29.99 billed yearly. Griply says it retrieves Google Calendar events in real time with an encrypted OAuth access token and does not store event content or metadata. The company says it is built in the Netherlands.
TimeTune
TimeTune is an Android schedule planner for organizing agendas, routines, work shifts, and productivity with time blocks. Reusable templates let you create routines and schedules, then apply them to dates using repetition patterns. Blocks support custom reminders through vibration, sound, and voice notifications, while a Play button on each activity provides time tracking. Activity statistics show charts of time spent and progress against the previous period. Search can filter blocks by title, description, date range, activity, and completion status. TimeTune synchronizes with calendars and can back up content to a private Google Drive account. The privacy policy says user-generated content is stored locally and is not collected by TimeTune; Firebase Analytics is used for anonymous aggregated statistics. The free plan costs nothing and includes time blocks, templates, statistics, custom reminders, and free completion marking. Android 6.0 or later is required.
