GrowChief
GrowChief is an open-source tool for automating social media account workflows, including connection requests and follow-up messages. Leads can be added through its API using a profile URL, organization and name fields, or an email address. The public API uses an Authorization API key header, and the documentation links to a custom n8n node; the project also describes use with n8n, Make, and Zapier. Users can supply their own proxies or create one through proxy providers.
GrowChief provides hosted API access and a separate URL format for self-hosted installations. The repository is published under the AGPL-3.0 license. The README describes browser automation using Playwright with Patchright in headful mode, with its Docker image built with xvfb. The quickstart requires Docker, Docker Compose, Git, and available ports 5002 and 8080.
