In their own words

GTranslate

GTranslate translates HTML websites into multiple languages so organizations can serve international visitors and markets. It lists 104 supported languages and offers API access, with web and API as its platforms. Its free plan uses JavaScript, leaves page URLs unchanged, and does not store translations. Paid plans add AI translation and in-context manual editing; depending on plan, they can also support search engine indexing, translated URLs, and hosted language versions. The listed plans start with Custom at $12 a month, followed by Startup at $25 a month, Business at $35 a month, and Enterprise at $50 a month. Free is listed at free. A 15-day trial is available to new customers and converts to the selected plan unless canceled before it ends. Integrations are listed for Joomla, Drupal, WordPress, Shopify, and other HTML websites. GTranslate was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Coral Springs, Florida, USA.

Polylang

Polylang is a WordPress plugin for building multilingual websites and translating WordPress content. It handles pages, posts, media, categories, tags, custom post types, menus, and widgets, with language URLs arranged as subdirectories, subdomains, or separate domains. Polylang Pro supports manual translation and DeepL machine translation using the customer's own API key. Pro also offers language switchers, browser-language detection, translated URL slugs, hreflang and Open Graph tags, and language-specific meta tags. It integrates with the WordPress block editor and Site Editor and supports the REST API and XLIFF translation-project import and export. Listed integrations include WooCommerce and Yoast SEO. The free WordPress plugin costs nothing; Pro licenses start at €99 a year, ex VAT. A multilingual WooCommerce shop also needs the Polylang for WooCommerce add-on. DeepL is not currently compatible with Elementor and some builders, and there is no one-click translate-everything feature.
