Guesty is a property management platform for vacation-rental operations, with Android and iOS apps for mobile administration. Listings can synchronize across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and more than 60 other channels. Its Multi-Calendar and real-time channel synchronization are designed to reduce double bookings. Listed tools include maintenance management, property accounting, AI agents for guest messaging, pricing, reconciliation, reviews and fraud prevention, plus Guesty Pay for major cards, chargeback management and payment reconciliation. Trust Accounting provides vacation-rental trust accounting and automated compliance tools. Teams can use an owners portal, owner management and dedicated customer success support. Packages are sized for different portfolios: Lite covers 1–3 listings, Pro 4–199 and Enterprise 200 or more. There is no free version, but a 14-day Lite trial is available. Monthly and annual billing are offered, and monthly plans are not discounted.

Tribii combines a booking engine, website, property management system and operational tools for independent accommodation properties, including hotels, hostels, B&Bs, guest houses, holiday homes, apartments and campsites. Properties can accept direct bookings through a Tribii website or embedded widget without commission; guests pay the property through Stripe. Operations include reservation management, room inventory and rates, guest profiles, a room rack, invoicing, ledger, folios and reports. Pro includes iCal sync for Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and other calendars; Max adds two-way channel-manager sync for Booking.com, Airbnb and other booking sites. AI features include setup assistance, migration, revenue recommendations and search visibility tools, with a hotel assistant on Max. A Guest App offers guests reservations, chat, profiles and community features. The free plan includes 20 rooms, one property and one team member; rooms above plan allowances cost €5 a month. Free is available forever, while Pro is listed at $55 a month and Max at $95 a month.
