HammerTech
HammerTech is a construction safety management platform for safety, compliance and site operations. Its workflows include subcontractor management, worker orientations, JHAs, SDS, pre-task plans, permits, inspections, observations, incidents, daily reports and site access. HammerTech Intelligence can turn pre-task plans into tasks and hazards, populate site observations from photos, and extract SDS information from PDFs. Mobile apps are available for iOS and Android, and the same login works on web and mobile. Listed integrations include Procore, Autodesk, CMiC, Irongate, Eyrus, Kwant, Acumatica and LUMA1; an Open API is available for custom integrations. HammerTech says integrations must first be enabled by the company, with access requested through a Customer Success Representative. It identifies ISO 9001:2015 certification and SOC 2 Type 1. Pricing is tailored to operational scale and complexity, including annual construction volume and active job sites, rather than user count. The core plan price is on request and includes implementation, onboarding, training, ongoing support and knowledge hub access. Subcontractor access is free when provided by the project's general contractor.
zInspector
zInspector helps property managers document inspections and manage property information across a portfolio. It supports move-in, move-out, periodic, annual, renewal, common-area, make-ready, and custom inspections. Inspectors can capture photos and video, including GPS-verified and time-stamped photos and 360-degree imagery, then generate PDF reports. Inspections can be completed offline; records stay on the device and sync when it reconnects. During a walkthrough, zAssistant can transcribe spoken notes, identify conditions, flag action items, and produce a report. Residents can use zTenant for guided inspections, adding photos and comments, flagging issues, and signing remotely; reminders and roommate collaboration are supported. zData holds searchable property details, including appliance serial numbers, paint colors, HVAC specifications, and access codes. The app is available on Android, iOS, and the web. Pricing is freemium, with a free Basic account for one user and fewer than five properties, plus a 15-day trial of core features without a credit card. More than two mobile devices per user per month incurs an additional per-user charge.
