Hausey
Hausey creates AI-assisted interior design variations and virtual staging from user-supplied room photographs. It runs on the web and through an API, accepts JPG, PNG, or WebP files up to 20MB, and can generate as many as 10 design directions per photo in under 60 seconds. Users can compare results, refine a chosen direction with text instructions, share client voting links, and export HD images or PDFs on plans that include those options. MLS-safer mode checks room features such as walls, windows, doors, fixtures, flooring, and the view through windows, rejecting substantial drift. Reference-image element swaps can use up to 10 references and produce three composited variations, but that mode cannot be combined with MLS-safer mode. Free access gives one room and four styles with low-resolution output. Starter costs $9.00 USD monthly for the first three months, then $19 monthly; other subscriptions and one-time room-credit packages have different allowances. One-time credits remain valid for 12 months.
