Oliva
Oliva is a company-focused platform for therapy, professional coaching, and manager support. Its three offerings are Oliva Support for mental wellbeing, Oliva Grow for one-to-one coaching, and Oliva Teams for group coaching. Companies can offer support to the whole workforce or selected groups, with sessions as needed. Tailored care pathways aim to direct people to suitable support, including AI-supported care between sessions for low-severity cases. The platform also offers customized workshops, self-guided content such as meditations, sleep sounds, and yoga, and aggregated, anonymised insights into shared challenges and skill gaps.
