In their own words
Headwind MDM
Headwind MDM manages enterprise Android tablets, smartphones, kiosks and digital-signage devices from a central system. Administrators apply group-based policies, monitor device status and enroll devices through QR code, APK installation, NFC, ADB or Knox Mobile Enrollment. Management features include kiosk mode, remote lock and reset, remote control, location viewing and photo reporting. A managed app catalog is available, with a maximum of 300 devices listed. The software can run on premises without cloud services or an internet connection; Ubuntu and Docker installation options are provided for Linux. Its privileged MDM API has REST method documentation. Security options include HTTPS, optional HSTS, TOTP two-factor authentication and isolated critical services. Enterprise adds Knox Mobile Enrollment, Samsung Knox call filtering, integration services and premium support. Full MDM functionality is available on Android 9 and above. Cloud costs $19 a year per device; Premium costs $2,990, paid once.
Ivanti Neurons for Zero Trust Access
Ivanti Neurons for Zero Trust Access controls access to corporate applications using user and device context. It continuously checks identity and device health, then grants least-privilege access to authorized resources. Device policies can evaluate antivirus, firewall, location, disk encryption, operating-system version, missing patches, and other conditions. The service can score risk from running processes and applications, quarantine unpatched devices running high-risk applications, and respond with step-up authentication or access restrictions. Organizations can publish on-premises applications, web pages, network locations, and SaaS resources such as Microsoft O365 and Salesforce. Its software-defined perimeter separates control and data planes; application traffic passes through a gateway deployed in an organization’s datacenter or virtual private cloud. The Controller authorizes gateways before endpoints can connect. Authentication options include local authentication, SAML, and TOTP. Centralized management provides visibility into application access, users, devices, and activity. Pricing is on request. It is positioned for organizations securing access for employees, contractors, and partners.
