In their own words
HEKA
HEKA is a web-based modular Manufacturing Operating System with MES capabilities for manufacturers. It links standard work, production execution, performance management and continuous improvement in one system. Teams create browser-based work instructions containing photos, tools, parts, specifications and PPE. They can record station work, divide recordings into steps, annotate them and publish controlled instructions. Revisions are versioned, reviewed and approved with a signed audit trail. The same instruction source can publish to operator stations or A4 sheets, supporting paper, hybrid and fully digital operations. HEKA connects approved methods, production bills of materials, work orders and operator instructions. It tracks availability, performance and quality by process, line and shift, relating downtime and defects to work context. Improvement tools include 5S audits, Kaizen actions and follow-up that can move verified improvements into updated standards. Pricing is on request, scoped to the operation and pilot rather than sold per seat.
