Hevy
Hevy is a weight-lifting workout tracker for logging sessions, planning routines, and reviewing exercise progress. Logging tools include warmup, drop, and failure sets, rest timers, exercise notes, and custom exercises. Progress tracking includes exercise charts, personal records, one-rep-max calculations, exercise videos, and workout history. Users can follow athletes, like and comment on workouts, save routines, and use the community to stay accountable. Hevy runs on Android, iOS, and the web; its web version supports routine planning, progress analysis, and viewing friends’ workouts. Apple Watch and WearOS support includes workout tracking, routine syncing, and offline workouts. The free plan allows four routines, seven custom exercises, and three months of graph history. Pro adds unlimited routines, custom exercises, and graph history, along with full body-measurement logging and Hevy Trainer. Pro costs $2.99 a month, $23.99 a year, or $74.99, paid once.
