HeyRik AI Sales Agent is a browser-based phone-agent platform for businesses handling inbound calls and outbound campaigns. Its agents qualify leads by budget and timeline, respond to objections, and book demos or follow-ups by checking availability during a call. When a lead is ready for a person, the agent can pass the call to a human sales representative with context. Teams configure agents with a visual flow builder, connect them to their own knowledge base, or use an API to control the platform. Optional Google Calendar integration checks availability and manages appointments; Google Sheets can read and write connected spreadsheets. The service is available on the web and through an API. The Free plan is free and includes 30 call minutes and 30 credits per month. Talk time uses one credit per minute; credits expire at month end and phone-number rental costs extra. HeyRik says call content and personal data are not used to train shared or third-party AI models.
