Manatal is cloud-based applicant tracking and recruitment software for HR teams, recruitment agencies and headhunters. Its ATS uses customizable drag-and-drop pipelines with Kanban and list views to track candidates, jobs, departments and clients. Listed capabilities include resume parsing, interview scheduling, workflow automation, job-board distribution and a career site. Manatal says its AI can recommend and score candidates against job requirements, summarize candidate matches and enrich profiles with information from more than 20 social and public platforms. Recruiters can distribute openings across more than 2,500 organic and premium channels. Its AI Interviewer is described as an agent for automated screening, with interviews available around the clock. The platform is listed for web, iOS, Android, API and extension. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. Professional costs $15 a month when billed annually and allows 15 jobs per account and 10,000 candidates. Enterprise costs $35 a month when billed annually and lists unlimited jobs and candidates.
