Hirvana

Hirvana is a web-based candidate screening platform for business hiring teams. Users can provide a job-description link, and the service analyzes resumes against the role’s requirements. Hiring teams select criteria for Hirvana to use when ranking and scoring candidates. It also scores candidates through live interviews using speech-to-speech AI. Hirvana says it works alongside applicant tracking systems, HR software, and communication tools, without naming specific products. Its free plan costs nothing and includes 100 jobs, 100 candidates, 100 resume analyses, and 100 interview plans. Pro costs $100 a month, billed $100/m then pay-as-you-go. Its initial quotas include 100 jobs, candidates, and resume analyses, with listed charges after those amounts; it also includes unlimited interview plans and 10 AI-powered interviews, followed by further charges. Enterprise pricing is tailored and includes dedicated support, an uptime SLA, SSO support, onboarding, and a custom usage quota. The maker states that Hirvana is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant and describes encryption for stored and transmitted data, daily backups, and point-in-time recovery. Its Terms describe the service as intended for business use.

Job-Eval

Job-Eval evaluates how closely a resume matches a job description. Its ModernBERT scorer returns separate 1-to-5 scores for requirement coverage, seniority fit, domain alignment and ATS-style keyword overlap. It also surfaces paragraph-level evidence derived from the scorer’s attention maps. The website accepts PDF or text resumes and job descriptions or links, with no installation required. Accounts can save and compare evaluations over time. A self-hosted version batch-scores a CSV of jobs and writes a scored CSV plus an explanation file. The maker says self-hosted runs keep data on the user’s machine. The code is MIT-licensed and the model weights are open. The free plan costs nothing, billed free forever, and includes a 156M-parameter model, CPU or GPU runs, website evaluation and self-hosted batch scoring. The website is positioned for recruiters and non-technical users; self-hosting is for engineers and job hunters. API access is not available.
