Workers can submit forms and files from phones, with each upload attached to its requirement and worker record. Scout reads uploaded IDs and credentials, extracts details, and flags records for human review. Teams can request missing items with a worker, file, and due date in context, then attach the response to the onboarding record. Managers can group hires by workflow stage and see whether a worker or internal decision is delaying progress. Records continue beyond initial onboarding by tracking credential expirations, policy acknowledgments, and follow-up. The organization defines required checks and remains responsible for approval decisions. Listed integrations include DocuSign, SignNow, and selected SmartRecruiters workflows with limited availability; additional connections may use its Open API, Apps, and automation platforms.
