UGCreate turns a product image and short description into a UGC video featuring an AI avatar. Its guided workflow asks users to select an avatar, describe the product, and upload a product photo. The web service accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP images up to 10MB, with square or portrait images recommended. Most drafts render in under 3 minutes, although complex prompts or busy queues may take longer. A standard generation uses one credit, and each variant uses one credit; failed jobs can be retried or credited back automatically depending on the error. The free plan includes 3 credits. One-time options are Starter Pack at $19, paid once for 10 credits, Creator Pack at $49, paid once for 30 credits, and Business Pack at $149, paid once for 100 credits. Monthly options are Pro at $29 a month and Team at $99 a month. Pro includes 20 monthly credits, all avatars, 1080p renders, no watermark, and a priority queue; Team includes 100 monthly credits, 3 seats, a custom brand kit, API access, and priority support. Credits never expire, and subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.
