Jonas Chorum is a cloud property management system for independent hotels, management companies, chain hotels, and extended-stay properties. Its hotel operations tools cover front desk work, housekeeping, maintenance, rate management, staff messaging, night audits, and security. Rates can use occupancy-based automated tiers or manual adjustments for events and demand changes. Customizable reports offer real-time views of finances, operations, and performance, including RevPAR, ADR, ARR, and occupancy. Chorum CRS includes a booking engine and channel management, and the company says it connects to major OTAs and the GDS. Chorum POS syncs guest and payment data across ordering kiosks, front-of-house staff, kitchen screens, and guest folios. Staff and guest mobile apps support hotel operations and guest functions, while Offline Sync is designed to keep operations running through connectivity problems and synchronize data when internet access is unavailable. Jonas ARC connects Jonas Hospitality products and third-party systems; the company lists 350 integrations. Client support is stated to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
