Overview

Teams allocate sync hours to topics, and Remeet schedules or reschedules discussions according to who needs to participate and how much time each topic requires. When available hours are full, lower-priority topics are postponed. That gives teams a way to prioritize conversations, but it also makes the weekly allowance an operational constraint: teams with more discussion time to cover will have to defer topics or choose a higher tier.

Rather than packing a multi-topic agenda into one long meeting, Remeet separates it into shorter, focused discussions. Organizers can supply context and materials, and require selected participants to prepare before a topic is scheduled. This makes the product a better fit for teams prepared to organize work around discrete discussions than for anyone looking only for a basic calendar booking page.

Key features

Scheduling and meeting tools

Automatic scheduling and rescheduling take account of participants, time requirements, and topic priority. The product also offers HD video conferencing with 4k screen-sharing, simultaneous topic discussions, collaborative notes, timers, and recording transcription. These tools keep preparation and meeting records within the same workflow; teams that mainly need a call link may not need that broader setup.

Integrations and billing

Remeet integrates with Google Calendar, Office 365 Calendar, Slack, Google Chat, and Mattermost. Microsoft Teams is marked coming soon. Billing is based on active users: a user counts as active after participating in at least 60 minutes of calls in a billing month. People who only access notes, recordings, and transcriptions are free, a useful distinction for teams sharing meeting records more widely than live participation.

Pricing

Remeet has a free plan, paid plans billed annually per active user per month, and a 30-day trial with no credit card required. All account functionality is enabled during the trial. The paid starting price is 10.00 USD per month per active user, billed annually.

Plan	Price	Allowance
Free	0.00 USD per free	1 weekly sync hour, up to 15 users, 2 weeks of cloud recordings, and a free concierge onboarding session
Team	10.00 USD per month per active user, billed annually	Up to 5 weekly sync hours, up to 25 users, and 1 month of cloud recordings
Business	25.00 USD per month per active user, billed annually	Up to 10 weekly sync hours, up to 50 users, and 6 months of cloud recordings
Enterprise	Custom pricing	Unlimited weekly sync hours and users, with 1 year of cloud recordings

Free is a reasonable way for a small team to try the topic-based workflow, but one weekly sync hour and two weeks of recordings are tight allowances for regular collaboration. Team raises the cap to five hours and includes up to 25 users, while Business doubles the hours and allows up to 50 users with longer recording retention. Enterprise is for teams that need unlimited hours or membership and can discuss custom pricing. The paid tiers price participation rather than every account that can view records, so users below the monthly call threshold do not add an active-user charge.

Platforms

Remeet runs on Android, macOS, web, and Windows. It was founded in 2017.

Who it's for

Remeet is aimed at highly collaborative distributed teams, particularly remote-first groups that need to keep multiple discussions moving without relying on a single long agenda meeting. Teams benefit most when they can prioritize topics, prepare participants in advance, and work within a defined weekly sync-hour budget. It is less compelling for a small group seeking only straightforward appointment scheduling, or for teams whose conversation needs routinely exceed the free plan's single weekly hour.

Pros and cons

Automatic topic scheduling: Remeet schedules and reschedules discussions around participant needs and topic priority, helping teams manage competing agenda items.
Preparation and records in one workflow: Organizers can provide materials and require preparation, while notes, recordings, and transcriptions support follow-up.
Useful billing distinction: People who only view notes, recordings, or transcriptions are free, so sharing records does not necessarily increase active-user billing.
Weekly sync-hour caps: Free allows one hour, Team five, and Business ten; teams that fill the allowance must postpone lower-priority discussions or move up.
Limited recording retention on lower tiers: Free retains recordings for two weeks and Team for one month, which may be short for teams that refer back to meetings over longer periods.

Alternatives

For a broader set of appointment-booking options, browse AI Scheduling Assistants. CalendarBridge AI Scheduling Assistant may suit users who want unlimited event syncing and up to 10 scheduling pages on its Basic plan, priced at 5.00 USD per month, rather than Remeet's topic-based meeting workflow. Clara is an option for web-based scheduling, with a free plan limited to 14 days and 5 meetings and a Standard plan at 80.00 USD per month for 30 meetings. Ari offers a free allowance of 10 meetings total, one Google and one Microsoft calendar, one booking page, and Zoom, Meet, and Teams links; consider it if that booking-page approach fits better than scheduled team topics. Kronologic provides a free booking page, Google Calendar, and two meeting types, with a Pro plan at 15.00 USD per month for unlimited meeting types, reminders, and follow-ups. DayOtter has a free AI scheduling assistant, unlimited event types and booking pages, calendar sync, email reminders, and group polls, making it a different option for booking-focused needs. Sarra offers a free plan with three meetings per month per seat, one saved meeting type, one calendar connection, and a follow-up nudge every two days. Scheduler AI is a paid web option with a 50.00 USD per month plan that includes an AI scheduling assistant, booking links, calendar reminders and rescheduling, and call recordings and summaries. Agentic Calendars may be worth considering for a paid calendar-focused tool: its 12.00 USD per month Starter plan supports Gmail and Google Calendar, Outlook and Microsoft 365, unlimited AI bookings, and custom availability rules.

Verdict

Choose Remeet if your distributed team needs to turn multiple agenda items into prepared, focused discussions and wants scheduling to account for priority and participant needs. The free plan gives a small team a way to start, and active-user billing keeps read-only access to meeting records free. Look elsewhere if your main need is ordinary appointment booking, or if the weekly sync-hour caps cannot accommodate your team's meeting load.
