HSI Training combines an employee course library with a learning management system for assigning, delivering, tracking, and reporting on training. Its catalog contains more than 5,000 mobile-responsive courses covering safety, compliance, professional development, and other topics. Materials include short mobile-ready videos and downloadable student resources. HSI says it adds videos monthly and replaces or retires older courses at no additional cost to clients. Closed captions and translated transcripts are included in English, Simplified Chinese, French, French Canadian, German, Portuguese, Spanish, and Thai. Course files are SCORM/AICC-compliant. The LMS supports recurring and one-time assignments, completion reports, customizable notices, certificates, and learner self-registration, with mobile access and single sign-on. HSI describes connections to its safety and chemical management tools.
