WebEngage

WebEngage is a marketing automation suite for consumer businesses, combining customer data, analytics, personalization, and multichannel engagement. Its customer data platform brings information from multiple sources into unified profiles with real-time refresh, and segmentation can use behavior and business goals, including RFM modeling. Journey Designer uses user attributes and behavioral events to coordinate engagement across the customer lifecycle. Listed channels include push, in-app, SMS, on-site notifications, RCS, web push, email, Facebook-Instagram, and WhatsApp. Web and app personalization use customized pages, pop-ups, notifications, behavioral data, and segmentation. Analytics cover users, products, and campaigns and allow channel impact comparisons. Connections include direct SDKs, Segment.com, Google Tag Manager, and REST API. The API supports user and event updates, survey retrieval, campaign triggers, and journey personalization, with default limits of 5,000 user or event updates per minute and 100 transactional campaign requests per minute. Segment integration excludes React Native, Flutter, Xamarin, and Unity apps. Email delivery is handled through an email service provider. WebEngage is available on Android, iOS, web, and API, and pricing is on request.
