Huex AIDA
Huex AIDA is an Automated Order Assistant for automating drive-through order taking from start to finish. Huex says its speech system is intended for noisy settings and can generalize and detect accents or dialects. AIDA can produce human-like voice output designed to represent a brand. Its analytics dashboard examines drive-through conversations for operational insights and training data, and can compare customer and employee sentiment against operating procedures. Huex describes the conversational AI engine as multilingual, domain agnostic, and dynamically adaptable, with contextual understanding across domains. The company says its patent-pending core algorithm requires one tenth of the data and describes its voice AI as 95% accurate. AIDA was built with quick-service restaurant operators in mind, and Huex says it was tested in QSR restaurants. The platform is web-based and supports hybrid deployment. Huex invites prospective customers to book a demo; pricing is on request rather than stated on the site. HUEX Labs is listed as headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, and founded in 2020. The company says the product was built by franchisees, AI PhDs, and former AI technologists from Fortune 500 companies.
