In their own words
Humoze
Humoze is a web-based service that transcribes meetings, lectures, and voice recordings in real time and turns them into searchable notes. It claims 98% transcription accuracy, with speaker labels and timestamps. The service can generate summaries, key decisions, and action items with owners, then tag notes by topic, speaker, and date for searching across a library. Students can also make spaced-repetition flashcards from lecture notes. Users can record in Humoze, paste a meeting link, upload audio, or capture in-person sound through a device microphone. Its listed integrations include Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Google Calendar; Calendar can detect upcoming meetings and auto-join them. Summaries can be shared with a team, and notes can be exported to PDF. The free Basic plan includes five hours of AI transcription per month, basic AI summaries, up to three notebooks, PDF export, and email support. Pro is listed at $19 per month and Enterprise at $49 per month, but both are marked “Coming soon.” Humoze describes its audience as students and professionals, including people using it for classroom lectures.
SpeakPipe
SpeakPipe lets podcast listeners send voice messages through a personal voicemail page or website widgets, which podcasters can include in episodes. A page link can be shared without installing anything on a website. SpeakPipe also offers inline widgets for webpages or blog posts and a dialog widget opened from a side button; the latter can be installed on sites that allow custom HTML or JavaScript. Widget senders do not need SpeakPipe accounts and may leave a name and email address. If an email address is provided, the account holder can send a voice reply.
The Free plan includes unlimited messages, recordings up to 90 seconds, 100MB storage, one widget, one voicemail page, and email notifications. Gold costs $12.00 per month when billed annually, or $15/month when billed monthly; Premium costs $36.00 per month when billed annually, or $45/month when billed monthly. Both paid plans include a 30-day free trial. SpeakPipe says messages are private within the account unless shared publicly. It supports web, iOS, and Android; the FAQ specifies current Chrome and Firefox on Android and Safari on iOS. Widgets cannot add fields beyond name and email, cannot be embedded in email newsletters, and support English only.
