Hyland AP Automation

Hyland AP Automation captures, manages and routes invoices and related content through review, coding, approval and posting. Its IDP for AP Invoices uses AI- and language-model-based processing to extract and validate header- and line-level data, match vendors, and support both PO and non-PO invoices. Workflows can route invoices to business units, support two- or three-way matching, and post invoices to accounting applications. Hyland describes ERP integrations with Workday, SAP, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, Infor, Oracle and Deltek, among others. Dashboards and reports help monitor production and identify process bottlenecks. An integrated vendor portal can let vendors submit invoices, view payment status and access AP-related content. Employees can review and approve invoices on iPhone, iPad and Android devices. The solution also lists document versioning, retention rules, audit logs, legal holds and granular access controls. Hyland presents the product for accounting and finance teams seeking to automate accounts payable. Pricing is available on request; the company invites organizations to book a demo or contact it. The listed enterprise plan has no published price.

The free Bill Pay tier includes core features without a monthly software fee, but payment charges vary: standard ACH costs $0.59, checks $1.99, same-day ACH $10, domestic wires $15, and SWIFT USD wires $20. Ramp Plus is listed at $15 a month, plus a platform fee based on team size, and offers a free 30-day trial. Ramp AP can operate without Ramp corporate cards or expense management, and vendors need no Ramp account to receive payment. It connects with named accounting tools including QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Acumatica, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Access is listed for web, Android, iOS, API, and extension; Ramp says it has no native Mac or Windows desktop app.
