Hyring is an AI video interviewer for teams that need to conduct candidate interviews asynchronously or live. It produces scored reports with supporting evidence; in live interviews, its AI selects follow-up questions in response to candidates. Recruiters can set scoring criteria and receive an overall score, skill ratings, a fit level, and a transcript. The product supports 11 interview languages, including English, Spanish, German, Hindi, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Portuguese, French, Japanese, Russian, and Polish. It can flag risks such as tab switching, screen sharing, identity or face checks, audio anomalies, and AI-generated or plagiarized answers. Listed ATS integrations include Greenhouse, BambooHR, Ashby, Breezy, JazzHR, Freshteam, ADP, SAP, and Tracker. Hyring states that it is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 compliant, and that candidate data is handled in line with regulations including GDPR. The free plan includes 50 credits per month, one seat, one active job post, English-only use, and one AI voice.
