Overview

Recruiters set evaluation criteria, and Hyring produces an overall score, skill ratings, a fit level, and a transcript. Live interviews can adapt follow-up questions to a candidate’s answers; asynchronous interviews let candidates respond without a scheduled live conversation. This gives teams a repeatable way to screen candidates across either format, while leaving recruiters to interpret the results.

The platform also flags potential integrity risks, including tab switching, screen sharing, identity and face checks, audio anomalies, and AI-generated or plagiarized answers. These signals can focus a reviewer’s attention, but should not be treated as conclusive evidence on their own.

Key features

Scoring, languages, and integrations

Recruiter-defined criteria make assessments more consistent across candidates, especially in high-volume hiring. Hyring supports 11 interview languages, including English, Spanish, German, Hindi, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Portuguese, French, Japanese, Russian, and Polish. Its ATS integrations include Greenhouse, BambooHR, Ashby, Breezy, JazzHR, Freshteam, ADP, SAP, and Tracker; Business adds all 24 ATS integrations and an API.

Hyring states that it is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 compliant, handles candidate data in line with regulations including GDPR, and encrypts interviews with access controls. That security posture may matter to teams processing sensitive candidate information.

Pricing

The freemium structure makes it possible to start without a subscription, but every plan includes 50 credits per month and each AI video interview uses one credit. Extra credits are sold separately in packs, so teams with more than 50 interviews in a month should account for additional purchases.

Free — 0.00 USD per free: 50 credits per month, one seat, one active job post, English-only use, and one AI voice. It is a narrow option for trying a small workflow, not for a multilingual team or a broader hiring operation.
Pro — 79.00 USD per month: 50 credits per month, five seats, 10 active job posts, an AI avatar, all 11 languages, and core ATS integrations. This is the entry paid plan for small teams that need multiple seats and language support, though it does not raise the monthly credit allowance above Free.
Business — 239.00 USD per month: 50 credits per month, 15 seats, unlimited job posts, all 24 ATS integrations and API, and priority support. It suits teams that need broader access and integration coverage; its listed longest retention period is 90 days, and interviews can run 45 minutes.
Enterprise — custom pricing: custom credit volume, SSO, data residency, a dedicated customer success manager, custom SLAs, and white-glove onboarding, with priority support and an SLA. This is the fit for organizations needing tailored credit capacity or enterprise controls.

A free trial is available. The monthly credit cap across the standard plans is the key trade-off: Pro and Business increase seats and operational scope, not included interview volume.

Platforms

Hyring runs on the web and Windows. It supports both live and asynchronous interviews, with interview recording.

Who it's for

Hyring is aimed at teams with more candidates than interviewer hours, including high-volume, campus, staffing, technical, healthcare, and frontline hiring. It makes most sense when a team values consistent first-stage assessments across a large pool. Smaller teams with occasional interviews may find the monthly credit limit and paid add-on packs harder to justify.

Pros and cons

Pro: Live adaptive questions and asynchronous interviews offer two ways to scale candidate screening.
Pro: Recruiter-set criteria, scores, skill ratings, fit levels, and transcripts provide a structured basis for review.
Pro: Eleven languages and a broad set of ATS integrations support varied hiring workflows.
Con: The 50-credit monthly allowance is the same on Free, Pro, and Business, and additional credits cost extra.
Con: Free is restricted to one seat, one active job post, English, and one AI voice; moving up is necessary for broader team use.
