Sales Planner

Sales Planner is a web-based planning tool for IT and software sales organisations. Owners, managing directors and sales leaders can assess sales maturity, build a five-year plan and track its execution. The self-assessment covers strategy, market, sales organisation and management and takes about 30 minutes. Planning starts with a year-five revenue target and works backwards to estimate pipeline, win rates and capacity needs. Teams can compare conservative, realistic and ambitious scenarios and save versions of their assumptions. The execution module turns annual targets into weekly sales activities and shows target versus actual progress. Data can be imported from Excel or CSV, and plans exported to Excel or PDF; there is no CRM connector or API integration. The maker describes the service as EU-hosted, GDPR-compliant, encrypted and secure, and says data is deleted within 30 days. A 14-day trial includes selected core modules and email support without requiring a credit card. The subscription costs €1,347 a year and includes full access, ongoing updates, standard support and unlimited seats.
