Tafany
Tafany is a browser-based tool for organization design, workforce planning, and compensation modeling. Its org design, workforce planning, compensation, and insights modules share one organization model, allowing teams to compare scenarios across headcount, cost, spans, layers, and demographics. Workforce planning covers headcount plans, demand and supply, budget versus actual, and workforce movements. Compensation tools cover salary structures, grades and pay bands, merit and bonus modeling, benchmarking, pay equity, and end-of-service liability. Teams can import employee, vacancy, leaver, org-unit, and job-description data from a workbook, reconcile Excel and HRIS updates on import, and export Word, Excel, and PDF materials. The interface and documents are available in English and Arabic, including a mirrored right-to-left interface. Data can remain in a local project file or use an optional private-cloud workspace. Tafany describes cloud protections including row-level security, browser-encrypted share snapshots, and TLS traffic. In-country deployment is available on request for public-sector or regulated customers with residency needs. Plans start at 300 SAR per month for every 500 employees; onboarding help and support are available in Arabic and English.
