In their own words
KyberAccess
KyberAccess is a cloud-first visitor management platform for schools, healthcare facilities, offices and other organizations. Visitors can check in by QR code or phone, be recognized on return, or be registered in advance by a host. The system reads US and Canadian driver’s license barcodes and passport machine-readable zones with OCR. Scanned details can be checked against sex offender registries, custom BOLO lists and internal watchlists, with alerts for flagged visitors. Automatic badges can show a photo, host, expiration time and QR code, with Brother, DYMO and Zebra printers listed as compatible. The platform describes a REST API, webhooks and SDK support for custom connections. It states that data is hosted on Google Cloud and encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. Free costs nothing for one location and 50 visitors per month. Pro costs $4,200 a year billed annually, or $399/mo billed monthly. A 14-day Pro trial requires no credit card.
