Icertis Contract Management is a cloud platform for enterprise contract operations, covering requests, drafting, negotiation, approval, execution, and post-signature governance. After execution, users can search active agreements, receive renewal or expiry notifications, and make bulk amendments. Listed adapters include SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, Workday, Adobe Sign, and DocuSign; licensed public APIs support custom integrations.
