Negotiators can work with playbooks, precedents, fallback positions, pre-approved language, and escalation paths. Role-based workflows support contract initiation and administration across functions, while Vera Copilot answers natural-language questions and provides summaries and insights across contracts. After execution, users can search active agreements, receive renewal or expiry notifications, and make bulk amendments.
