In their own words

Iconoir

Iconoir is a free, open-source library of more than 1,600 icons drawn on a 24×24 pixel grid. Icons are available as SVGs and in font, React, React Native, Flutter, Figma and Framer formats. A web editor lets users adjust optical size, stroke weight and color. Documented libraries include React, React Native, Vue and Flutter packages, CSS use for HTML, and a Swift package for Xcode projects. The React package exports components that accept standard SVG properties and supports shared defaults through IconoirProvider; Flutter provides widgets using flutter_svg. Users can access Iconoir in Figma Community and insert it in Framer through Insert > Graphics > Iconoir. The documentation identifies the library as MIT licensed, and commercial use is allowed. There are no premium icons, email sign-up or newsletters. The project welcomes suggestions through Discord and GitHub, and accepts optional one-time or recurring contributions. The homepage reports 626K monthly downloads for React only.

Ionicons

Ionicons is an icon set for web, iOS, Android, and desktop apps, with 1,300 icons described in its usage guide. It is released under the MIT License and is listed as free, including commercial use. Icons are available as SVGs or through a web component that loads requested SVGs and fetches only those currently visible. App icons have filled, outline, and sharp variants; logo icons do not have outline or sharp versions. In Ionic Framework, developers can set separate iOS and Material Design icons. Size and color can be changed with attributes or CSS, and outline stroke width can be adjusted with a CSS custom property. The component can also load a custom SVG from a URL, provided that file contains no scripts or events. The guide recommends aria-hidden for decorative icons and aria-label text for interactive ones. Listed browser support includes Chrome 79+, Safari 14+, Edge 79+, and Firefox 70+; Internet Explorer 11 is not supported. Users can suggest missing icons through a GitHub issue.
