Yesware
Yesware is a sales engagement platform that adds email tracking, templates, and automated outreach to Gmail and Outlook. It can notify users when prospects open email, click links, or download attachments. Users can create multi-touch outreach campaigns and personalize messages with templates; reports cover recipient engagement, campaign results, and user activity. Listed integrations include Salesforce, LinkedIn, Zoom, Vendasta, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Salesforce email and activity syncing are included in Enterprise. Yesware offers a free plan and a 14-day trial. The Free plan is free, billed monthly, and includes basic email-open and attachment tracking, 10 campaign recipients per month, and email support. Paid plans are Pro at $19 a month, Premium at $45 a month, and Enterprise at $85 a month, each billed monthly. Yesware supports Gmail and Outlook, but not aliases or Send As addresses; Outlook requires an address hosted directly on Microsoft 365. Yesware says it has no mobile app at this time.
