In their own words
Ideagen EHS
Ideagen EHS is a web and mobile platform for managing incidents, audits and regulations across locations. It supports incident and hazard reporting, near-miss reports and incident resolution management. Teams can schedule audits, track findings, actions and evidence, and identify hazards, assess risks and define controls across locations and assets. Role-based live dashboards present safety, health and environmental data. Ideagen also describes AI tools that gather incident information, suggest investigation steps, relate regulatory changes to operations and generate compliance reports, with users retaining control. Mobile apps can capture reports offline and sync them when a connection becomes available. Ideagen presents EHS for industries including manufacturing, the built environment, energy and utilities, aviation and maritime. The platform is described as part of a wider system connecting safety, quality, audit, risk and compliance through shared data and workflows. Listed external system connections include SAP, IBM Maximo, Oracle PeopleSoft, ABB Asset Suite, Workday, Okta, OpenText Documentum and SharePoint; custom interfaces may incur an additional fee. Pricing is on request, and the EHS page invites visitors to book a demo without stating trial terms.
Mapistry
Mapistry digitizes environmental compliance workflows for industrial facilities with air, stormwater, wastewater, SPCC and waste requirements. Environmental managers and EHS and operations leaders are among its intended users. Teams can conduct mobile inspections on a tablet or phone, build regulatory maps for SWPPP, hazardous materials, SPCC and emission sources, link maps to inspection forms, and export maps as PDFs. Maple AI can extract information from purchase-record emails, waste-manifest photos, PDF lab reports, sweeper-log scans and welding-log photos. Its REST API connects with hundreds of sensors, data historians and ERP systems, subject to the capabilities of those systems; SAP, Snowflake and AVEVA are named examples. Mapistry says it is SOC 2 Type I certified, stores data using AWS, performs regular backups, and gives customers data ownership and control over access. Essentials costs $10,998 a year, billed annually per location; Advanced costs $18,998 a year, and Enterprise costs $26,998 a year, both billed annually per location. Typical contracts are one year; three- to five-year terms are available at additional discounts.
