In their own words
Ika
Ika is a free, open-source Android desktop for Linux hosts. It runs an Android 16 build based on LineageOS 23.2 inside a Cuttlefish virtual machine. Android apps open in separate resizable desktop windows, can appear in the host app menu, and preserve DPI settings when the display changes size. GPU acceleration uses OpenGL ES and Vulkan. Game mode can launch games fullscreen with gamepad passthrough, alongside documented keyboard, mouse and touch input. Builds may include MindTheGapps, microG, or a de-Googled ROM without an app store. The project provides separate host-application and Android-image packages, with Fedora RPM, Debian or Ubuntu DEB, and Arch packages; ARM64 availability varies by distribution. Native builds target Apple Silicon and x86-64 systems. Source compilation needs at least 16 GB RAM and 300 GB storage, may take 3–6 hours or more, and Debian or Ubuntu require Mesa 26.1 or newer.
JS-Confuser
JS-Confuser obfuscates JavaScript to make source code harder to understand, copy, reuse, or modify while preserving its functionality. Its browser playground accepts pasted code, lets users choose settings, and produces a downloadable result. The playground runs in the browser, including offline, and says it does not send code or actions to a remote server. Users can start with Low, Medium, or High presets or create custom configurations. Options include renaming variables, concealing strings, flattening control flow, inserting dead code, setting domain or date locks, and tamper protection. The API offers JSConfuser.obfuscate for source code and JSConfuser.obfuscateAST for Babel ASTs; output targets include Browser and Node.js. The editor includes Prettier and a JSON representation of JSConfuser.ts settings. JS-Confuser is described by its maker as free and open source. Obfuscation can increase file size and performance overhead or break a program, and it cannot prevent determined reverse engineers from recovering code or sensitive information. Tamper protection requires eval and non-strict mode.
