It brings texting, phone banking, relational messaging, canvassing, voter registration, and custom forms into one service. Peer-to-peer texting includes list management, reporting, editable scripts, conversation reassignment, and volunteer protection features. Safeguards watch for opt-out keywords, curb frequent messages, and filter landlines, disconnected numbers, and numbers with recent errors. Integrations include NGP VAN/EveryAction, PDI, Salsa Labs, and ActBlue; NGP VAN/EveryAction and PDI support two-way sync that the site describes as near real time. Enterprise options include database access and custom data pipelines. The free Standard plan has a $0 licensing fee, pay-as-you-go usage, and 1,000 unique form responses per month included.
