IMS for Chiropractic

IMS for Chiropractic is an electronic medical records and practice management system for chiropractic clinics, supporting doctors, front desk staff, and office managers. It can be installed as a server or used as a web-based platform, with mobile access also described. Chiropractic templates support SOAP notes and visit documentation with pick lists, voice recognition, and image-based records. Patients can use a portal to view visit summaries and test results and request medication refills. Billing features include real-time claims scrubbing, electronic superbills, revenue cycle management, and a CPT coding advisor. Scheduling supports multiple offices and providers, with phone reminders connected to appointments. A vitals interface transfers readings wirelessly into patient charts, and the product states compliance with HL7, CCD, and CCR. It can generate and electronically submit workers’ compensation forms, including California and New York forms. The IMSGo app for iPhone and Android can access records and manage appointments, billing, labs, and visit notes. Pricing is on request. For offices with 1–10 computers, listed server operating systems are Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, or 2022.

Soap Notes

Soap Notes is a coaching CRM for coaches and therapists that brings session notes, scheduling, billing, and client management together. Notes autosave, stay linked to the relevant client and session, and can use saved templates. Clients can book through self-serve pages, receive reminders, and use a portal; practices choose what appears there, while clinical notes are private by default. Two-way Google Calendar sync adds Soap Notes bookings to Google Calendar and blocks Soap Notes availability for existing events. The listed integrations include Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Docs, Google Drive, Stripe, Fathom, and Klaviyo. Zoom is not yet available, and Calendly is no longer connected. Soap Notes says data is encrypted in transit and at rest, team access is role-controlled, and it does not store card details. It runs on Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, web, and as an extension. The free plan allows up to five active clients; Standard costs $36 a month billed annually, and Teams costs $65 a month billed annually.
