In their own words
Indi
Indi is a platform for coordinating employee resource group (ERG) work, connecting stakeholders, and measuring activity. Membership tools track counts and participation, segment members, and monitor growth. Teams can plan budgets, review requests, see remaining funds, and automate budget compliance. Event tools publish to multiple channels, automate promotion, track attendees, and gather feedback afterward. The platform also supports networking, mentorship, collaboration, task management within or across ERG leadership teams, and discovery for prospective members through a multi-faceted join experience and profile cards. Indi Light is for DEI teams measuring existing ERG activity through integrations in the places groups already interact. Indi Core gives DEI teams and ERG leaders a central place to coordinate work, including event and budget management. Indi Enterprise extends to employees beyond ERGs and includes career development modules. The site says Indi offers 20+ ways to connect existing tools. Pricing is on request; the solution tiers direct visitors to contact the company or request a demo.
Paradigm
Paradigm combines software and expert services for organizations working on workplace culture. Its Surface product brings together people data from HRIS platforms, surveys, performance information, policies, and programs, then benchmarks culture maturity and practices against industry standards and peers. It surfaces insights and helps teams act on them. The Basic tier allows up to three data sources; other Surface tiers list up to 10 or unlimited sources, with differing administrator and contributor limits and service options. Paradigm AI provides guidance on workplace practices, leadership strategies, and workforce trends. The maker says customer data is not used to train public AI models. Reach offers more than 100 courses, microlearnings, and resources, with multilingual support and learning analytics. It can be delivered through Paradigm’s LMS or by SCORM upload to a customer’s own LMS. Paradigm also offers consulting, assessments, policy reviews, workshops, and training. The service is web-based, paid, and priced on request. A free two-week trial is advertised for Reach, including popular courses, microlearnings, and resources.
