Infor Public Sector
Infor Public Sector is cloud ERP for government, utility, and K-12 organizations, covering financial management, procurement, reporting, and related operations. Its ERP tools include budgeting and planning, human capital management, predictive analytics, process automation, and disaster preparedness, alongside inventory, order, and manufacturing capabilities. The Community Development and Regulation suite handles planning, permits, licenses, inspections, and code enforcement, with a public portal for online services. Infor Field Inspector supports inspections and service requests on Android, Windows, and iOS; it can be configured to keep selected data on-device for offline use. Infor ION supports integrations between Infor and third-party applications in cloud or on-premises environments. Infor describes its cloud ERP as running on AWS GovCloud and supporting FedRAMP standards. Its government solutions also support frameworks including NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, and ITAR.
