Infotools Harmoni
Infotools Harmoni helps organizations prepare, analyze, visualize and report on complex data, with a focus on market research survey findings. Users can combine survey data from sources such as SPSS, Dimensions and Qualtrics, or use text, CSV, Excel, SQL, AWS, Azure, GCP and NoSQL files or connections. A direct API connection can refresh linked Qualtrics data. Discover runs automated analyses to identify patterns, differences and statistically significant data points. Users can share interactive dashboards and stories; Viewer licenses can export saved items to PowerPoint and Excel. Creator, Explorer and Viewer licenses address data preparation, analysis and reporting, and stakeholder access. ChatHarmoni uses a secure AI Gateway for Gemini, ChatGPT and Claude; AI is optional in H3. Harmoni is hosted on AWS. Its FAQ describes encryption at rest and in transit, SSO, vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, and says Infotools is pursuing ISO 27001 accreditation. Pricing includes 24/7 support and Harmoni Academy. The product has no free plan and is available on Android, iOS and the web. Explorer pricing starts at $2,100 a year for 1–5 users; Creator is $5,200 a year, and Viewer is $500 a year for 20 users.
