inkera.io
Inkera.io is a web service for organisations and businesses that need to prepare press releases, contact journalists and monitor coverage. Claude AI drafts releases in AP style and asks follow-up questions to fill in missing details; users can also start a release from a URL. Its media database includes contacts covering Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Sweden, with beat filters. Releases can be generated in Estonian, English, Latvian, Lithuanian, Finnish, Swedish and Russian. Email open and click tracking, Google News searches and email alerts feed into a coverage dashboard. The free plan costs €0.00 per free and allows one release a month, with generic contacts and English and Estonian output; it excludes direct journalist emails, tracking, coverage monitoring and social posting. Pro costs €9.99 per month or €99.00 per year. Inkera says it follows GDPR and Estonian data protection law and uses EU-based infrastructure. Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated releases, whose accuracy Inkera does not guarantee.
Notified AI Press Release Optimizer
Notified AI Press Release Optimizer helps communications teams refine press release drafts before distribution, with guidance for AI visibility and journalist pickup. It sits inside Notified’s Content OS drafting, review and distribution workflow. Authors can accept, edit or ignore explainable recommendations covering structure, originality, authority, terminology, keywords, quotations, citations and statistics, based on Notified’s SOAR Content Framework. The tool can export a wire-ready version or a Track Changes Word file containing the AI rationale. It accepts .docx files longer than 200 words, does not analyze tables and supports English, French and German. Notified says submitted content stays within its platform, is not shared externally or used to train public AI models, and remains under customer control. Processing runs in a private enterprise cloud through Microsoft Azure OpenAI. The Optimizer is included at no extra charge with paid GlobeNewswire press release distribution subscriptions. Distribution pricing requires contacting Notified. Notified also says no tool can guarantee citation by AI answer engines.
