In their own words
Inkit
Inkit combines digital signatures, document generation, workflows, and document storage in a web and API platform. Reusable templates turn CRM data, spreadsheets, or API inputs into contracts, invoices, and NDAs. Its legally binding signatures include a certificate of completion and signer history, while File Intelligence can search for files and extract, organize, and route document data. The company describes native integrations and an API, with Salesforce and Amazon S3 apps listed in its documentation. Security features include end-to-end encryption, role-based controls, MFA, and immutable audit trails. Inkit says it supports SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance, with IL4/IL5 compliance available to enterprise customers. Automated records-retention schedules and policies are also supported. The free plan costs nothing and includes three signature requests per month, one seat, and 10GB of storage. Listed plans include Personal at $20 a month and Standard at $30 a month; Enterprise pricing is customizable. The pricing note says paid plans start at $15/user/mo and includes a 30-day trial; the comparison also lists 14-day and 30-day trials for paid plans.
PostBridge
PostBridge helps teams print and mail business documents from PDFs or connected workflows while keeping tracking and mailing records together. Its workspace supports letters, postcards, stamps, shipping labels, tracked delivery, verified delivery, and address verification. A team reviews the quote, and a member must approve a job before it prints. Connections include Clio, QuickBooks, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho Books, Google Sheets, Airtable, Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, SharePoint, Google Docs, and Canva. Postal automation is available through REST API endpoints, MCP tools, GPT Actions, SDKs, and agent workflows. PostBridge serves the United States, United Kingdom, and France through USPS, Royal Mail, and La Poste. It is available on web, iOS, Android, and inside ChatGPT. The Business/Profile plan costs $39 a month; it includes five licensed Team members, unlimited free viewers, and separately charged postal usage. An eligible workspace receives one 14-day first trial; a qualifying carrier-QR first trial lasts 28 days. Proof documents can be downloaded for seven years, while letter content and uploaded files have shorter retention periods.
