In their own words
Inkit
Inkit combines digital signatures, document generation, workflows, and document storage in a web and API platform. Reusable templates turn CRM data, spreadsheets, or API inputs into contracts, invoices, and NDAs. Its legally binding signatures include a certificate of completion and signer history, while File Intelligence can search for files and extract, organize, and route document data. The company describes native integrations and an API, with Salesforce and Amazon S3 apps listed in its documentation. Security features include end-to-end encryption, role-based controls, MFA, and immutable audit trails. Inkit says it supports SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance, with IL4/IL5 compliance available to enterprise customers. Automated records-retention schedules and policies are also supported. The free plan costs nothing and includes three signature requests per month, one seat, and 10GB of storage. Listed plans include Personal at $20 a month and Standard at $30 a month; Enterprise pricing is customizable. The pricing note says paid plans start at $15/user/mo and includes a 30-day trial; the comparison also lists 14-day and 30-day trials for paid plans.
Sincerely
Sincerely is web software for B2B direct-mail campaigns using CRM or CSV audiences, personalized printed pieces, and measurement against account-level holdout groups. Salesforce and HubSpot sync account, contact, opportunity-stage, and campaign-membership data, and CSV import is supported. The product drafts personalized writing from account research and links each factual claim to a source. Drafts require human approval before printing, and edits are versioned. Postcards and letters can be mailed; handwritten notes and gifts are not live because their fulfillment adapters are not built. Address verification and correction are included on every plan, with low-confidence addresses routed for review. Every plan includes account-level holdouts, and Sincerely says five of eight campaign types measure lift against a holdout. When a plan reaches its monthly cap, live campaigns pause rather than print additional pieces. The free Audit plan supports imports, a mailability audit, brand designs, and draft editing, but cannot mail. Paid plans start at $250 a month; Pilot is 199.00 USD once.
