Inmagic Presto
Inmagic Presto is a knowledge management platform for organizations that capture, manage, find, and share information across internal and external sources. It brings structured and unstructured content into a searchable knowledge center. Search includes facets, federated searches across sources, and result formats tailored to content types. Teams can publish vetted information, with discovery through search, directories, RSS feeds, and alerts. Users can tag, like, comment on, and rate material, while administrators control which social tools are available and to whom. Pages and home screens can be configured without programming, using widgets such as tag clouds and RSS feeds. Its mobile-ready interface works on iOS, Android, and Windows devices, including document access or downloads away from the office. Presto integrates with SharePoint and Active Directory, supports SAML and third-party authentication, and provides an API. A connector framework can index internal repositories such as network drives and databases. Role-based granular permissions can restrict access to records and fields, while event logging supplies an activity audit trail. Lucidea offers hosted SaaS or subscription licensing; pricing is available by contacting the company.
Picard.law
Picard.law offers open-source legal AI that runs locally and a managed cloud product for production teams. It analyzes legal documents and answers questions with citations tied to the documents, refusing when supporting evidence is missing. Matter workspaces keep uploaded agreements and diligence packs in shared context. Tabular review extracts information across documents and cites each cell to a page and quote; the open-source version also supports Excel export. Picard OSS runs on one machine with documents stored locally, using BM25 full-text search and CARP retrieval on SQLite FTS5. Picard.law Cloud is managed on Azure and uses Neo4j GraphRAG. The maker describes OSS as suited to legal engineers and air-gap use, while Cloud is aimed at production legal AI teams. OSS is single-user and has no built-in authentication. Its plan costs nothing under AGPL for local development and proof of concept, but users pay model API costs with their own keys. The products are available on the web and self-hosted.
