| Heatmaps | Its dynamic heatmaps provide eye-tracking, click, click-dot, element, and scroll visualizations, including on AJAX content, single-page applications, and infinite-scroll pages. | Dynamic heatmaps visualize clicks, hovers and scrolls on page elements. |
| Integrations | When a site has a Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager dataLayer, Inspectlet can automatically mirror pushed events as session tags. | Reactflow offers plugins for WordPress and Shopify and says its tracking code supports JavaScript frameworks and single-page applications. |
| Privacy controls | Sensitive inputs and HTML marked with Inspectlet's ignore class are never read or transmitted, and password fields are ignored automatically. | Reactflow says texts and typed inputs are masked before transmission by default, and it supports blocking recordings by IP address, cookie and browser Do Not Track setting. |
| Session replay | Users can filter recordings by visitor type, traffic source, pages visited, events triggered, or conversion status. | Session recordings let teams replay visitor activity such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement to investigate usability issues. |

In their own words
Inspectlet
Inspectlet records website sessions so teams can review visitors’ mouse movements, scrolling, clicks, and keypresses. Its heatmaps visualize eye-tracking, clicks, and scrolling, including on dynamic content. AI Session Insights can identify patterns such as rage clicks, JavaScript errors, conversion drop-offs, form abandonment, and unusual navigation. Users can also ask questions in plain English and receive analytics answers with tables, breakdowns, and replay links. Other tools include A/B testing, conversion funnels, form analytics, feedback surveys, and JavaScript error logging. Inspectlet runs on the web and supports React, Angular, Vue, and other JavaScript-heavy frameworks. Installation options include a JavaScript snippet, browser and React packages, Google Tag Manager, and a WordPress plugin. The free plan costs nothing and covers 2,500 recorded sessions per month across up to three websites, with one month of retention. Paid plans start at $39 a month. Recording stops when the monthly limit is reached, while existing recordings and heatmaps remain accessible. Retention ranges from one month on Free to 24 months on Enterprise.
