In their own words
InspectWrk (formerly Inspectly360)
InspectWrk, formerly Inspectly360, is inspection software for field and facility teams that replaces paper checklists and spreadsheets with mobile inspections, AI-verified photos, and reports. Its checklist builder supports configurable response types, conditional logic, reference images, and automatic scoring. On-device Edge AI compares execution photos with reference standards, assigns compliance ratings, and identifies defects, hazards, and deviations. Submitting an inspection can generate branded PDF, Excel, or CSV reports. Failed items can create assigned corrective actions with deadlines, escalation, completion-photo verification, and an audit trail. Native Android and iOS apps support photo markup, digital signatures, barcode and QR scanning, voice-to-text notes, GPS-stamped records, and offline use. Checklist data and history are stored locally and sync when connectivity returns. Integrations include a REST API, webhooks, connectors, SSO, Zapier, and Microsoft Power Automate. A 14-day trial is listed; Premium costs $29 a month per active seat, billed monthly, excluding applicable taxes. Annual pricing is also listed as starting at $24/user/mo.
zInspector
zInspector helps property managers document inspections and manage property information across a portfolio. It supports move-in, move-out, periodic, annual, renewal, common-area, make-ready, and custom inspections. Inspectors can capture photos and video, including GPS-verified and time-stamped photos and 360-degree imagery, then generate PDF reports. Inspections can be completed offline; records stay on the device and sync when it reconnects. During a walkthrough, zAssistant can transcribe spoken notes, identify conditions, flag action items, and produce a report. Residents can use zTenant for guided inspections, adding photos and comments, flagging issues, and signing remotely; reminders and roommate collaboration are supported. zData holds searchable property details, including appliance serial numbers, paint colors, HVAC specifications, and access codes. The app is available on Android, iOS, and the web. Pricing is freemium, with a free Basic account for one user and fewer than five properties, plus a 15-day trial of core features without a credit card. More than two mobile devices per user per month incurs an additional per-user charge.
